IFAI Expo 2006 was the event grouping major suppliers in the field of innovative fibres, fabrics, weaving equipment, emerging technologies and solutions for specialized fabrics. The Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, United States, was the venue chosen for this tradeshow held from October 31st to November 2nd, and where 450 exhibiting companies showcased state-of-the-art products.
Over 8,000 professionals from America and the rest of the world had the opportunity to see new products and services that are useful to businesses, including: adhesives, awnings, chemical products and compounds, coating products, computer software and hardware, cordage, fibres, netting and mesh, fabric structure, film, foam, knitted fabrics, woven, fabric dyeing and finishes, printing and graphic patterns, non-woven, shutters, rollscreens and shades, rope, cord and straps, fabric care, development and consultancy, contract sewing and sealing, testing equipment, sewing equipment, cutting machines, handling of materials, spreading, among many others.
